Local Delivery
While many customers like to ride their new E-bike home from the shop, this isn't an option for everyone.
To provide the best experience, we deliver standard E-bikes for free in the Eugene/Springfield area.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Shipping Options
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. We make every effort to ship orders quickly, but some orders may take additional time for packaging, or order review. We will contact you when your order has shipped.
Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Price Matching
An E-bike can be a big purchase, and we want to ensure you get the best deal possible! We will match any price offered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer on the same model, and that includes sales and promotions!
Online Catalog Prices
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. Thank you!
Returns
Our goal is to find the perfect e-bike for you. We provide free test rides and do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your final selection. If you purchase a bike from our shop, we hope you go home feeling confident that you have a bike you will enjoy for many years to come. As such, returns are quite rare.
Accessories
You may return any accessory within 14 days of purchase for a full refund provided it is returned in saleable condition and with its original packaging and instructions.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
E-Bikes and Other E-Mobility Devices
You may return a new e-bike within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange if our mechanics determine the bike is unfixable for reasons other than user error. Returning a bike for any other reason will incur a restocking fee equal to $80 + 5% of the purchase price, with the remaining amount refunded as store credit.
The bike must be returned with all parts and accessories that came standard or were installed on the bike by our service department.
We reserve the following rights:
The right to attempt to return the bike to working order.
The right to charge for parts or services if we determine the repair is caused by user error.
The right to make adjustments to the store credit based on the condition and mileage of the bike and may deduct for damage and/or unusually worn components.
The right to make adjustments to the store credit due to modifications made to the bike, whether made by the customer or by one of EEB’s technicians at the customer’s request.
The right to reject a refund request if the bike is in working order.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
Security
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
